Had a look at this online and thought it might be a bit easy and aimed for kids, but was pleasantly surprised. Headed there with a friend and 4 primary school aged kids. Friendly reception and explanation of the maze and how it works. Was told it'd take about 20-25 minutes. We must have been a bit daft but it took us about an hour! Much more challenging than we thought! I loved it and although the very young kids ran out of steam and had to exit, my 7 & 10 year olds and I preserved. Well worth it I reckon! Good, clean outdoor fun. — From JSNZ
We did a heap of activities in Rotorua and this one was by far one of our favourites. The sun was shining which certainly added to the success of this particular attraction. Our daughters aged 9 and 10 were the perfect age to really enjoy this activity. The staff were super friendly, the maze was lots of fun. We did it twice. Then we stayed to play some good old fashioned outdoors games that kept us all amused for a few hours - including rabbit petting, stilts, battleships and swing ball. Well priced and would recommend. Nice way to spend a morning/afternoon. Thank you to the staff and Danish guy (who chatted to us) for crafting such a special place and welcomed us as friends — From virginiabishop03
Please visit! My husband was skeptical and walked away saying he would do it again, he didn't want to leave this place! Pleasant walk through and a sneaky way to exit if you had enough. On the outside lots of family activities to take part in! Ice creams! Come and play!!! Loved it!!! — From Trip Advisor
aMAZEme was absolutely awesome! Our family had a great afternoon. The staff were so friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they are doing! The maze was heaps of fun and we were so stoked to reach the centre. We also had an awesome time playing all the other games around the outside of the maze. Our young boys loved the opportunity to play volleyball, tug-o-war, sack races, connect 4, tic-tac-toe, jousting and swing ball with Mum and Dad (some competitive personalities made an appearance...from the adults too!!) as well as trying out the stilts and seeing the rabbits. The other thing that really impressed us was the responsibility shown by the venue when they checked if we had sunscreen on, which we did, however if we didn't, there was sunscreen available for us to use. Thanks aMAZEme...you are fantastic!! — From Shamara Moulin
